Meet the Family Behind Legacy Barndominium Co
Owner and founder, Jared Smith, grew up in the trade, helping his family and other investors remodel homes and businesses, flip houses and rental properties, and eventually pursue complete custom-builds from the ground up.
Throughout every process Jared acted as his own general contractor, so he understands what it takes to make or break the entire process including how he communicates with his team, builds relationships with premier suppliers, and operates with transparency and honesty.
Jared and his wife began Legacy Barndominiums Co. after building their very own Barndominium home with every feature and detail they dreamed of providing for their children and their lifestyle. Faced with a tumultuous real estate market and supply chain shortages, they were shocked to discover how choosing a Barndominium build gave them incredible flexibility at an attractive price point, so they didn’t have to settle for what was simply available at the time.
